Industrial Opportunities in Bhopal
Any city proves to be attractive for the investors or entrepreneurs if it is near to the metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai, etc. Bhopal’s near equidistant location from all the major metros in the country has contributed towards the city’s emergence as an ideal center for establishing strategically located logistical hubs. An astounding 425 trains pass through MP daily with 175 trains passing through the state capital Bhopal alone.
Next, the availability of natural and mineral resources is checked in and around the city. Madhya Pradesh conjures up images of abundant natural beauty, the reason why it caters to a huge crowd of visitors in the state. As far as mineral resources are considered, 14% of India’s coal reserves are in Madhya Pradesh with Asia’s thickest coal steam located in the district of Sidhi. Madhya Pradesh also has the only working diamond mine in India.
Last but not the least, quality of manpower in the city adds to the development of any project in process. Madhya Pradesh is the land of skilled manpower and education centre with more than 150 engineering colleges and other colleges providing professional courses. 18,000 technical graduates and an overall figure of 230,000 graduates add to the workforce each year in Madhya Pradesh.
Development has touched every aspect of life in the city, from potable water and sewage systems to roads and the vehicles that ply on them. Backed by robust government policies, investments in education and medical facilities have started to pay rich dividends as Bhopal has started to emerge as one of the fastest growing state capitals in the country.

EMPLOYMENT Vs SELF EMPLOYMENT (ENTREPRENEURSHIP).
1. DRIVERS.
2. TRAVELLERS.
A Traveller enjoys the ride, while a driver (at his risk although) enjoys the power of decision-making. The power to decide whether to take this turn or the other (left or right), lies in the hands of the driver. Whatsoever be the decision of the driver has to be followed by the traveller without much of a say. The same logic applies when it comes to the nature of job. It totally depends on our outlook towards life, whether we want to live a life wherein we extend our hand to take the job or to give it.
The aforementioned is the basic difference between EMPLOYMENT and ENTREPRENEURSHIP or to be precise between an EMPLOYEE and an ENTREPRENEUR. Both the entrepreneurs and the employees have their own reasons to stick to their jobs. Those who don’t want to take any risks and want their life to run smoothly, stick to employment while those who want freedom and dare to take risks realise their dream idea to become entrepreneurs. This implies both the groups are happy with their nature of work. Then why am I discussing this topic???
My dear friends, the reality are something else. The larger section of the employee group is a prey to compromise and hence somewhere unhappy. None of us can bet that till now they received absolute freedom to pursue things which they actually wanted or were inclined to. The reason behind this is that there are some set parameters commonly called jobs which demand some specific type of qualities within us in order to achieve them. And we in the rat-race have to mould our behaviour, choices and our skills accordingly. It’s very sad to hear always that there is a lack of jobs. So, why are we sitting back with folded hands and ultimately joining the band wagon of sorry preachers? Why can’t we build our own identity?
Out of the many, the basic shortcoming which I find is lack of knowledge. Only a few education systems, prevalent in India offer entrepreneurship as a subject. Many which do, do not stress adequately upon this area. The biggest drawback with our education system is that their target is to produce EDUCATED JOB-SEEKERS and not EDUCATED JOB GENERATORS CUM PROVIDERS. Post globalisation, the Government of India has subsidised the excise duties for an entrepreneur and also has designed many schemes for their promotion. But again these schemes are unknown to many. Also you need both your hands to clap. As we know, in democracy the Government is of the people, for the people and by the people. Thus, we cannot blame the Government always as we are also accountable for everything happening around.
Today we live in a free state but also in a globalised, liberalised as well as a privatised nation. TATA, when they started were not fortunate like us. It’s the hunger within, which forces you to acquire the quality and quantity of food for yourself. We are in an age where we have maximum energy. But there are a few drawbacks with our generation. Although we dream big, we are not ready to face challenges to make out dreams come true. We want to become SMART WORKERS every time rather than HARD WORKERS. We always look for QUICK-FIXES. But we forget the fact that it take years of hard work and failure to become an over-night millionaire.
Thus it is we who have to take the initiative. Our dreams should be substantial. Only then will the mass follow us and we will become role models for the budding entrepreneurs just like TATAS and BIRLAS.

थक गए क्यूँ तुम, बस एक बार हार कर ;
यूँ जीवन से मुह चुराकर;
हारे बाज़ी अभी नहीं तुम, बस नाकामयाब हो गए हो;
जीत सकते हो हर बाज़ी, अगर तुम में आत्मविशवास हो;
दुःख होती तो है जब मंजील से चूक जाओ;
पर भूलो नहीं, अभी भी बाकी है तुम में साँस;
अरे एक निर्जीव लाश को भी चार कंधा मिल जाता है;
जैसे यह जीवन का आखरी दिन हो;

No, I haven't given these data to highlight the pitfalls of our Judicial System and Government, because I am not at all in a position to raise my fingers at them.
So what is my motive?
To stir emotions in the aftermath of 26/11 ???
No, not at all... Because again we can't just imagine(and that too, upto what extent?), the experience of those people who have lost their dear ones on 26/11.
I know that no justice, no law can bring back the dead. But still, few questions comes to mind...
Q1. So many welfare groups are there in India, such as Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal, etc., who carry out inhuman activities of beating and torturing those whom they consider to break the "Law of Indian Culture". Can't they extend their "well-meaning interference" and pressurize government to expedite Kasab's hearing? Doesn't this fall in the purview of breaking the "Indian Culture"?
Q2. What about the "Fast-Track Courts"? A-year after 26/11, we are still waiting for a verdict on the case and that too when we have all concrete proofs to convict Azmal?
Q3. Video of Azmal Kasab firing at innocents, so many eye witnesses as proofs etc... Are these not enough to bring him to book?
Let me remind once again that I am not raising questions against the judiciary of the Biggest and the Strongest Democracy of the world. If the delay in the verdict of this case is the need of the hour, then its fine, but if it is influnced by the politics, then it is unfortunate.
But do we really need more proofs to convict Azmal? Who will decide whether his terrorist activities were of International Standards or not???
